It’s getting brisk…time for soup!

Well, I eat soup year-round, but fall and winter are the best times to eat local foods for soup.  Like sausage, kale and white bean soup – yuuuuuummy!  Have you ever seen kale at a farm?  It’s like a rainbow of greens exploded.

Also, cabbage?  The color, the texture, omg – the texture…..

and cauliflower, with it’s buttery middle, with ruffled leafs wrapped around it.

Time to make some soup!  What’s your favorite?
